Alors que la saison des festivals s'amorce sur l'île Sainte-Hélène, la Société de transport de Montréal annonce que ses usagers pourront utiliser leurs appareils mobiles d'un bout à l'autre de la ligne DE MÉTRO jaune.

Partout sur les lignes orange, jaune
et bleue.

UN PARTENARIAT TECHNOLOGIQUE

Le réseau mobile en déploiement est doté des technologies mobiles de pointe, soient 3G, 4G et 4G LTE. Vous pouvez ainsi naviguer sur le Web, visionner des vidéos, écouter des pièces musicales en direct, effectuer et recevoir des appels et plus encore, et ce, dans les voitures, les tunnels et les stations.

Débuté en 2014, le projet se déroule selon les termes prévus et en 2020, les 71 km et 68 stations du métro devraient être ainsi être totalement desservis et ce, grâce à un investissement de 50 millions de dollars assumé à parts égales par les fournisseurs de télécommunications Bell, Rogers, TELUS et Vidéotron.
